Bishkek, May 2 / Kabar /. The national team of Kyrgyzstan won 31 medals (8 gold, 11 silver and 12 bronze medals) at the Asian Kickboxing Championship, according to the reports on website of the Asian Games-2017.
Competitions were held in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan) from 23 to 30 April in the martial arts arena. About 300 athletes from 17 countries participated in it. Medals were played in six sections (types) of the program.
The Asian Kickboxing Championship was held as part of a test competition cycle called "Inspiring Ashgabat".
