Bishkek, Aug. 25, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan will buy wheat from Russia amounting to KGS 1.5 billion, head of the Cabinet of Ministers Ulukbek Maripov told today at a Cabinet meeting.
He noted that the funds have been allocated and now it is necessary to speed up the process of purchasing Russian wheat.
“Yes, now you can see on the market that prices for sugar and vegetable oil have slightly decreased, but the problem with flour has not yet been resolved. We must fill our warehouses with wheat as soon as possible,” Maripov said.
