Bishkek, March 13, 2021. / Kabar /. The management of the Social Development Department of the Bishkek Mayor's Office jointly with the Digital Technology Center have been instructed to develop a project to create an electronic database of children in difficult situations.
The press service of the capital Mayor's Office reported that the order was given during a meeting on family violence against women and children, as well as the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of reoffending.
"The sides discussed the protection of the rights and interests of children, the timely identification and support of children and families in difficult situations," the report says.
Thus, the Mayor's office of Bishkek was proposed to create a unified database of children and families in difficult situations, which would coordinate, interact and monitor the activities of territorial bodies, transparency of procedures for their further rehabilitation.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Mayor of Bishkek on Social Policy Aizhan Chynybaeva and was attended by representatives of the Bishkek Prosecutor's Office, the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, deputy heads for social issues of four districts and heads of district departments of social development.
