Bishkek, Apr.2, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s State Registration Service (SRS) and the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications (SCITC) are working together on developing E-record of citizens quarantined due the coronavirus, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Preventing Import and Further Spread of Coronavirus said.
The Registration Service handed over 20 laptops to the laboratory of the Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, which keeps records of coronavirus test results in Kyrgyzstan.
Also, Commandant’s Office of the capital city of Bishkek has received 25 laptops to receive applications and issue E-passes through the information system.
The above mentioned systems were developed by the IT staff at the State Committee for Information Technologies and Communications, 20 operators of Infocom State Enterprise were engaged to enter the analysis data.
As of Apr.2, 116 cases of COVID-19 were registered in Kyrgyzstan. 54 cases were revealed in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast, 30 in Osh Oblast, Chui Oblast reported about 5 cases, Batken Oblast -3, Naryn Oblast-4, Issyk-Kul Oblast 2, and the cities of Bishkek and Osh confirmed 8 and 10 novel coronavirus cases, respectively.
There are 63 women, 53 men, including 11 children among those infected.
Five citizens have recovered and discharged from hospital.
From March 25 to April 15, a state of emergency is in force in the cities of Bishkek, Osh and Dzhalal-Abad, Nookat and Kara-Suu regions of Osh Oblast and in Suzak region of Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.
Movement for all citizens, except for those who are issued with a pass, namely internal affairs officers and medical and civil servants, is limited between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. (night time). A curfew is established.
