Bishkek, May 31, 2024. /Kabar/. A draft Protocol has been prepared between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the General Customs Administration of the People's Republic of China "On phytosanitary requirements for fresh apricot and peach fruits" exported from the Kyrgyz Republic to China.
Exported fresh apricot (Prunus armeniaca) and peach (Prunus persica) fruits must meet the health and safety standards and phytosanitary requirements of the People's Republic of China.
According to the requirements, the places of production of fresh apricot and peach fruits, as well as storage and packaging places will be inspected by specialists of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, and based on the results of this, a register of orchards for the export of products will be compiled.
