Kyrgyzstan to host Days of Culture of Belarus

Bishkek, June 12, 2023. / Kabar /. The Days of Culture of Belarus will be held in Bishkek on June 13-14, the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The official opening of the Days of Belarusian Cinema will take place on June 13, at the Manas cinema, where viewers are able to get acquainted with the film works of Belarusian directors.

On June 14, the meeting of the Belarusian delegation with representatives of educational institutions of culture and art of the Kyrgyz Republic will take place at the National Library.

Also, on the stage of the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, Belarusian artists will give a gala concert with the participation of the Honored Group of the Republic of Belarus “State Dance Ensemble of Belarus”, People's Artist of Belarus Vladimir Gromov, Honored Artists of Belarus Alena Lanskaya and Zhanet.

As part of the Days of Culture in the lobby of the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, an exhibition of Belarusian masters of arts and crafts "Traditions of openwork weaving of the Gorodok region" and "Traditional art of painted carpets of the Vitebsk Lakeland" will be organized.

The program of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Belarus in the Kyrgyz Republic will give an idea of the history, culture and musical traditions of the friendly country, the report said.
