Bishkek, Jan. 18, 2024 /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan will host an e-sports tournament for the first time, Vice President of the Cybersports Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic Tariel Bolotbekov told.
The competition will be held on the basis of one of the car simulator clubs in Bishkek. The organizers will be domestic eSports and motorsport federations.
“The Esports Federation signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Motorsports Federation. Also, the Motor Sports Federation issued our e-sportsman an autopilot license to participate in international races on a car simulator,” Bolotbekov said.
Professional car simulators - Sim Racing is recognized in a number of countries as a full-fledged motorsport discipline. This is explained by the fact that the line between real sports and simulators is gradually blurring, and at the moment, some video games plausibly reflect the essence of real car racing.
