Bishkek, Feb. 11, 2022. / Kabar /. Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration Kudaibergen Bazarbaev instructed to introduce Electronic Labor Exchange during the board meeting on the results of the work of the ministry in 2021, the press service of the department reported.
In addition, an instruction was also given to work out the introduction of a mechanism for electronic acceptance of documents and the issuance of electronic work permits to foreign citizens engaged in labor activities in the Kyrgyz Republic.
Kudaibergen Bazarbaev instructed to work out the issue of developing a simplified procedure for the appointment and payment of state benefits and other social payments in the context of an epidemic, emergency situation in a non-cash form.
The ministry will conduct a qualitative analysis of the number of recipients of social payments and form a digital social map of families with low incomes and those in need of assistance. And also an analysis of the current legislation was carried out for compliance with international labor standards in the field of maternity protection in terms of regulating the issues of assigning benefits for pregnancy and childbirth.
It is planned that this year the Accessible Country program will be adopted to implement the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
