During a working trip to Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Board of National Energy Holding of Kyrgyzstan Talaibek Baigaziev got acquainted with the activities of the energy company for the production of electricity metering devices of Uzelectroapparat-Electroshit and Regional Electric Networks JSC.
During the working visit, Baigaziev met with First Deputy Chairman of the board of Regional Electric Networks JSC Jahongir Obidzhanov, got acquainted with the conditions created for consumers in the suburbs of Khiva, and was also informed about the reforms being carried out in the region, in particular, with the conditions implementation of the Automated Energy Control and Metering Systems.
To date, the National Energy Holding has determined further plans for cooperation with Uzbek partners following the results of previously reached agreements on the supply of electricity meters and the opening of a joint venture for the production of automated energy control meters in Kyrgyzstan.
