Bishkek, Oct. 30, 2021 / Kabar /. Kamchybek Tashiev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan met in Bishkek with Alexander Mikheyev, Head of the Rosoboronexport Joint Stock Company of Russia.
According to the press service of the State Committee for National Security, during the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of military-technical cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
The sides agreed on the purchase by the Kyrgyz side of the Mi-17V-5 helicopter from Rosoboronexport JSC, the overhaul and refurbishment of the Mi-8 MTV helicopters, the supply of spare parts and the repair of units for them.
The main result of the meeting was the signing of a contract on the purchase by Kyrgyzstan of multifunctional complexes of UAVs "Orlan-10E" for the needs of the Border Guard Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It should be noted that the specified products are purchased by Kyrgyzstan from the republican budget.
