Bishkek, Oct. 19, 2022. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan will purchase the Pechora 2BM anti-aircraft missile system, Defense Minister Baktybek Bekbolotov told reporters at Kabar Agency.
He said that the ministry has been negotiating with Beltechexport since last year.
“Just this year, I was in Minsk and looked at the S-125 Pechora 2BM anti-aircraft missile system. This is a new system, upgraded from the previous S-125 complex with today's technologies with radar and detection system, etc. It will soon arrive in the country before the end of the month and deployed in Batken,” he added.
