Bishkek, Feb. 9, 2022. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan will take part this year in a number of exhibitions of agricultural products abroad, Tilek Zhumaliev, the head of the export development and promotion department of the Investments and Development Agency of the country told during a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
He said that this year the Investments Agency will carry out activities in terms of export development.
“In terms of export promotion, a number of exhibition events are planned abroad. For example, such as Agritek in Qatar’s Doha. A specialized agricultural exhibition will be held there, where domestic companies with products such as honey, dried fruits, meat, and so on are invited,” Tilek Zhumaliev said.
In addition, the head of the department noted that in November of this year, the Shanghai Expo will be held in China, where domestic manufacturers are also invited.
“Also, an agricultural fair will be held in the city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from February 24 to 27. Our producers of agricultural products, as well as bottled water, meat, and beekeeping are invited there,” he added.
