Bishkek, Jan. 24, 2019. /Kabar/. For the development of pharmaceutical activity in Kyrgyzstan, uniform regulatory acts and a favorable investment climate are needed, General Director of the Association of Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Victor Dmitriev told at the Business Eurasia. Ways of Business Development economic forum.
He noted that the main task is the standardization of all legal acts.
“We already have this in customs legislation. If the customs clearance of one truck in Russia takes 24 hours, and in Kazakhstan 2-4 hours, then of course everyone will do it in Kazakhstan. If the registration of a medicinal product in Kyrgyzstan will meet the unified requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union regulatory acts, while the quality will be preserved, then we will come here. Today it is possible to register in one country, then it will operate in all five states,” he said.
Dmitriev added that the second important element is the investment climate.
“If there is acceptable taxation and benefits, then the business will develop here. We need negotiations in this direction,” the speaker summarized his speech.
