Kyrgyzstan: Total of 73 medical workers died from COVID-19 since outbreak of virus

Bishkek, July 31, 2020. /Kabar/. According to operational data, number of fatalities from coronavirus among medical workers amounted to 73 in Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said Thursday.

The list includes all health workers who were working in health care organizations of the system, as well as those working in private organizations, the medical service of other agencies and pensioners.

"Compensation payments will be accrued after a full epidemiological investigation in accordance with the provision "On Compensation Payments" approved by the order of the Ministry of Health," reads the report.
