Bishkek, Oct.10, 2024. /Kabar/. Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Nurbek Abdiev and Head of the UNODC Program Office in the Kyrgyz Republic Andrey Seleznev met in Bishkek.
The meeting discussed issues of further cooperation and combating crime, the press service of the Kyrgyz Internal Ministry reported.
During the meeting, Nurbek Abdiev noted that joining efforts in the implementation of the State Program on Combating Organized Crime will allow in the near future to develop and approve effective mechanisms that will consolidate the work of government, law enforcement agencies and representatives of civil society to eradicate organized crime in Kyrgyzstan.
In turn, Andrey Seleznev emphasized the high level of mutual relations and expressed readiness to expand bilateral cooperation in various areas.
