Bishkek, Nov.14, 2024. /Kabar/. Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Moldogaziev met with newly appointed Director of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Kyrgyzstan Sarah Werth.
The press service of the Foreign Ministry reported that congratulating Sarah Werth on her appointment as USAID mission chief in Kyrgyzstan, Moldogaziev expressed readiness to further strengthen the partnership, noting USAID's significant contribution to the development of key sectors of the Kyrgyz Republic, including support for programs in environmental protection, agriculture, education, and creative economy.
In turn, Sarah Werth confirmed her readiness to continue close cooperation with Kyrgyz partners to implement joint projects aimed at sustainable development and economic prosperity of the country.
The deputy foreign minister wished professional success to USAID Mission Director in Kyrgyzstan Sarah Werth and expressed hope for further promotion of projects important to the republic during her tenure.
