Tashkent, March 26, 2021 . / Kabar / . It is planned to resume not only railroad but also bus service between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan by the tourist season. This initiative was voiced at an extended format meeting of the Intergovernmental commission held in Tashkent.
Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov said it is planned to add a bus service to the seasonal tourist route from Tashkent to Balykchy.
Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov said the the republic only welcomes such a proposal.
Minister of Transport, Architecture, Construction and Communications of Kyrgyzstan Gulmira Abdraliyeva added there is a systematic route that could be resumed from May.
"We will be glad to resume the seasonal Tashkent - Tamchi - Tashkent route air service," she said.
