Bishkek, Dec.2, 2024. /Kabar/. The Trade Mission of Kyrgyzstan in Uzbekistan organized a two-day program for the delegation of Kyrgyz Altyn OJSC to get acquainted with the jewelry industry of Uzbekistan.
The visit of the Kyrgyz Altyn delegation allowed the company's representatives to get acquainted with the production facilities of the leading jewelry factories in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan said.
During the visit, meetings were held with the management of the Uzbekzargarsanoati Jewelry Manufacturers Association, where key issues of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed: development of jewelry production, introduction of advanced technologies and organization of joint educational programs for industry specialists.
In addition, the delegation visited following facilities:
- Fonon Factory - the largest jewelry manufacturer in Uzbekistan, known for its innovative approach and high quality products;
- Sofiazar factory, specializing in unique design solutions;
- Uzgold factory, which has established itself as a reliable player in the jewelry market. In addition to visiting production facilities, the delegation familiarized itself with showrooms and retail stores, where products of leading Uzbek brands were presented.
Kyrgyz Altyn OJSC also studied the possibilities of using advanced Italian equipment and expressed interest in implementing an experience exchange program, including training of specialists together with Uzbek enterprises.
