Tashkent, Aug. 20, 2018. /Kabar/. Representatives of air companies of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan agreed on increasing the frequency of air flights and opening new air links between the two countries, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Tashkent reported.
The negotiations between representatives of Kyrgyzstan’s Air Manas and Avia Traffic Company and the Uzbekiston Havo Yullari National Airline took place on August 17-18 of this year.
The sides agreed on increasing the frequency of Tashkent-Bishkek-Tashkent flights up to four flights a week, and open Osh-Tashkent-Osh air links with the frequency of one flight a week from the Kyrgyz side.
Moreover, an agreement was reached on starting operating Tashkent-Tamchy (Issyk-Kul) – Tashkent, Bishkek-Samarkand-Bishkek and Osh-Samarkand-Osh charter flights in cases when there is a sufficient passenger flow.
