Bishkek, Oct. 11, 2023 / Kabar/ . Kyrgyzstan will become a paradise for foreign investors, ordinary citizens, and businessmen, chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan wrote on Facebook.
"Democracy and freedom of speech will flourish even further. From now on, there will be no concept of crime. The crucial thing is for every citizen and regular police officer to inform the highest authorities about those who label themselves as 'criminals.' The rest is up to us," he wrote.
