Bishkek, June 11, 2018 / Kabar /. Orozo Ait (Eid al-Fitr) ,n Kyrgyzstan this year will be celebrated on June 15, the press service of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Such a decision was made at a meeting of the clergy of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, which was held in Tashkent, the press service said.
The event was attended by the head of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, deputy chairman of the Ulema Council Abibilla azhy Kadyrberdiev, deputy mufti of Uzbekistan sheikh Abdulaziz Mansur and representatives of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan.
The main topic of the meeting was clarifying the date of the month of Ramadan, as well as the holidays of Orozo Ait and Kurman Ait.
"As a result, it was decided to celebrate Oroso Ait in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on June 15," the report said.
In addition, the issue of strengthening cooperation and friendship, exchange of experience between the clergy of the three countries was considered.
The Ramadan has begun in Kyrgyzstan on May 17. The night of predestination (Kadyr Tun) will be night from 11 to 12 June.
