Bishkek, Oct. 17, 2018. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan as a country with limited capacity, which is landlocked, will focus on human development, Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Oleg Pankratov told at the 8th meeting of Ministers of Economy of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (CCTS).
He said that the “Unity. Trust. Creation” program of the Government is being implemented in Kyrgyzstan, in accordance with which it is planned to ensure an annual growth rate of 4%, a steady growth in household incomes and a reduction in the level of poverty to 20%.

Within the framework of the first five-year plan, it is planned to carry out fundamental changes in investment legislation. The Taza Koom project will be implemented, involving the automation of all business processes and the transformation to a digital economy,” Pankratov said.
He also noted that in order to increase diversification, a new Export Development Program was prepared.
“The laboratory facilities were equipped for standardization and certification of products. Concessional financing of infrastructure development projects for the collection, storage, processing and logistics of agricultural and light industry products is underway,” Pankratov said.
