Bishkek, Oct. 27, 2023 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyzstan's national team in Alysh wrestling won three gold and two bronze medals at the World Martial Arts Games in Riyadh, the press service of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports reported.
Azizkhan Musabek uulu (up to 90 kg) and Marlen Abdrasulov (up to 70 kg) won gold awards in belt wrestling, and Eldiyar Seksenbaev (up to 80 kg) won bronze medal.
Elzada Momunzhanova (up to 55 kg) won the gold medal of the women's competition, and Azemi Kamchybekova (up to 65 kg) won bronze.
The World Games in 15 martial arts began in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Oct. 20 and will continue until Oct. 30. The Kyrgyz national team is represented by teams in sambo, jiu-jitsu, karate and grappling.
