Bishkek, Sept. 21, 2023. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz athlete Aiperi Medet kyzy won a silver medal at the World Wrestling Championship in Serbia.
She competed in the weight category up to 76 kg, first defeating the Romanian athlete with a score of 11:0, and in the 1/8 final match she defeated the Belarusian with a score of 10:0.
In the quarter finals, Medet kyzy beat the Canadian athlete, and in the semifinals she defeated the Colombian.
In the final, the Kyrgyzstani lost to the Japanese athlete.
