Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2023. / Kabar/. Kyrgyzstani Erali Askarbek uulu won gold at the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship in Abu Dhabi (UAE), the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Kyrgyzstan reported.
Erali Askarbek uulu competed in the weight category up to 62 kilograms. In total, the Kyrgyz athlete fought five fights. In the final, he defeated an athlete from Russia and won gold.
The 15th World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship was held from November 5 to 10 in the United Arab Emirates. 7 thousand athletes from 127 countries took part in the tournament.
