Bishkek, Nov. 28, 2023. / Kabar / . Athletes from Kyrgyzstan have earned three medals at the World Kickboxing Championship in Portugal.
The Department of Physical Education and Sports reported that the WAKO tournament was held on Nov. 17-25 in the city of Albufeiro, Portugal.
The national athletes won 3 bronze awards:
Full-contact. Over 91 kg: 3rd place - Quan Abdyraimov;
Low-kick. Over 91 kg: 3rd place - Nurlan Toktobakiev;
Kick-light. Up to 63 kg, veterans: 3rd place - Mirbek Suyunbaev.
