Bishkek, Nov. 19, 2020. /Kabar/. Student of the Kyrgyz National Conservatory named after Moldobasanov Ilgiz Usenov won Grand Prix of the 4th Open Central Asian Romansiada International Competition of Russian romance performers.
According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Culture, in spring 2021 the Kyrgyzstani will perform in the Kremlin Palace on the International Day of Russian Romance.
About 60 singers from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan took part in the contest.
Due to the epidemiological situation related to COVID-19 coronavirs infection, participants from Almaty, Uralsk, Tashkent and Dushanbe joined the contest in a teleconference bridge mode.
The first prize winners, Islambek Kemelov (Kyrgyzstan) and Amrullo Kalonov (Tajikistan) will represent their countries in the final of the Moscow Romansiada in December 2020.
