Kyrgyzstani Vladislav Shuliko swims across Issyk-Kul Lake in length and sets new record

Bishkek. Aug. 27, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz swimmer, master of sports in swimming Vladislav Shuliko swam across Issyk-Kul Lake, 181 km long, and set a new record.

All these days Vladislav swam without any aids. Today in the morning the last spurt was made for 16 km, Vladislav swam to Balykchy city. On the shore he was met by fans, relatives and friends to congratulate him. All these days, the whole country tensely watched his swim live through social networks and was very worried about him.

One domestic construction company, which was the main sponsor of this marathon, congratulated the athlete on the record and presented him a one-room apartment.

Vladislav Shuliko started on the morning of August 22 from the Karakol pier. From there he swam towards Balykchy. The master of sports in swimming decided to swim 180 km, and the entire swim took about 5 days.
