Kyrgyzstanis evacuated from Kiev made it to Hungary: ambassador

Bishkek, March 1, 2022 . / Kabar /. Citizens of Kyrgyzstan evacuated from Ukraine’s Kiev arrived safely at the Ukrainian-Hungarian border.

Kyrgyz Ambassador to Ukraine Idris Kadyrkulov wrote on his page in social network that on March 1 at 11:00 a.m. Ukrainian time a bus with 112 Kyrgyzstanis who left Kiev safely arrived at the Ukrainian-Hungarian border in 20 hours and began to cross it.

He noted that they would be met in Hungary by his counterparts from the Kyrgyz Embassy in Hungary.

“In addition, three more citizens, who left in this convoy, expressed a desire to change the route on the way and have already entered Poland on their own," the diplomat wrote in social networks.
