Kyrgyzstanis evacuated from Ukraine returning home via Turkey

Bishkek, March 7, 2022. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Ukraine Idris Kadyrkulov wrote in social networks about the situation with the evacuation of Kyrgyz citizens.

He noted that on March 6, 45 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic crossed the border of Turkey, they were traveling from Ukraine on the Moldova-Romania-Bulgaria route.

"A phone talk was held on Saturday with curator of the Consular Service of the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry Yenkov, who said that in accordance with the request of the Kyrgyz side, a "green corridor" was provided on the territory of Bulgaria for citizens of Kyrgyzstan.

Another 25 people will leave Moldova today by bus to Turkey, where all citizens can already receive travel documents for further departure to their home country," the diplomat said.
