Kyrgyzstanis in Russia deceived by buying fake plane and bus tickets to homeland

Bishkek, May 16, 2020. /Kabar/. Deceived Kyrgyz citizens are appealing to the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Russia, the press service of the Headquarters to counteract the spread of coronavirus infection under the Embassy reported.

"The Kyrgyz Embassy in Russia is addressed by our citizens, who have been deceived by unknown persons selling fake plane and bus tickets to Orenburg and Kyrgyzstan, make lists of Kyrgyz citizens wishing to return to their homeland, forge documents, as well as migration cards and registrations," the report says.

So, in this regard, the Embassy asks citizens to be careful and not to fall into the hands of such scammers. If necessary, the Kyrgyz Embassy asks immediately contact the territorial body of the Russian Internal Ministry, as well as the Consular Department of the Embassy with the appropriate application.

"We note that all persons involved in fraudulent activities will be prosecuted under the laws of the Russian Federation,” the Embassy noted.
