Bishkek, July 24, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz citizens in Ukraine have transferred money, PPE, respirators and ventilator to Kyrgyzstan's regions, the press service of the State Migration Service of the republic reported Friday.
On behalf of the Kyrgyz Diaspora, Kyrgyzstanis received financial assistance in the amount of $1,500.
The money transferred is expected to be spent on needs of regions of the country in combating pandemic.
Besides, Kyrgyz citizens working for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine handed over 120 protective suits and 115 respirators worth KGS 80,000 (about $ 1,046) to on one of the healthcare facility in Bishkek.
Also, Member of the Council on Relations with Compatriots Abroad under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Azamat Ismailov (representative of the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine), provided assistance to Family Medicine Centre in Issyk-Kul Oblast the form of one ventilator.
