Bishkek, Apr.4, 2020. /Kabar/. 15 Kyrgyz citizens were taken out of India and brought back to their homeland, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Preventing Import and Further Spread of Coronavirus in the Kyrgyz Republic said.
"The return of 15 Kyrgyzstanis from India (Goa and Delhi) was carried out with the help of the Kazakh Government, which evacuated them together with the citizens of Kazakhstan by special board," the report says.
The Kyrgyz citizens were taken out of the Taraz International Airport (Kazakhstan) on a special transport, and have arrived on Apr.4 in Kyrgyzstan, accompanied by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Health officials. They are currently undergoing surveillance.
"Work to find ways of organizing the return of Kyrgyz citizens who are in foreign countries, including with the support and assistance of partner countries continues," the report says.
