Bishkek, July 24, 2021 . / Kabar. /. Starting from July 25, 2021 citizens of Kyrgyzstan will be required to provide a negative result of PCR test by means of COVID-19 Free Travel mobile application when entering the territory of Russia, the press service of thr Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan said Friday.
Decree of the Russian Government of requires foreign citizens and stateless persons entering Russia from territories of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) through air checkpoints across Russia's state border to present the result of PCR test via the application.
The test must be carried out no earlier than three days prior to arrival in the Russian Federation.
From Sept. 1, 2021 the application will become mandatory for foreign nationals and stateless persons entering the Russian Federation from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan through the air border crossings of the Russian Federation.
