Kyrgyzstan’s acting FM holds meeting with Azeri ambassador

Bishkek, April 27, 2022 . /Kabar/. Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Zheenbek Kulubaev held a meeting with Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Kyrgyzstan Latif Gandilov and Advisor to Azerbaijan President’s aide Fargan Novruzov.

At the meeting, the interlocutors discussed the results of the official visit of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov to Azerbaijan on April 19-20, and outlined specific steps for the implementation of agreements reached between the two leaders, the Kyrgyz MFA said.

The acting foreign minister of Kyrgyzstan noted that raising the level of Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani relations to a strategic partnership opens up new opportunities for cooperation between our states.

The sides agreed to maintain close working contacts to promote mutually beneficial cooperation, expansion and deepening of bilateral relations.
