Kyrgyzstan’s acting PM to visit south of country

Bishkek, Dec. 6, 2020 /Kabar/. On Dec. 7-9, Acting Prime Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov will visit Batken and Osh Oblasts of the country, the press service of the Kyrgyz Government said Sunday.

As part of the trip, Artem Novikov will get acquainted with the activity of industrial facilities, will take part in the opening ceremony of the airport in Isfana town, will familiarize with the construction of a hospital in Kadamzhai town.

Also, the acting prime minister is expected to participate in the meeting of the Council of Governors of border regions of Kyrgyzstan and heads of border regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to be held on Dec. 8 this year in Uzbekistan’s Fergana city.

At the end of the trip, Novikov will get acquainted with activity of Irkeshtam checkpoint.
