Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov held a meeting with the participation of heads of state bodies, representatives of employment agencies, international organizations and public activists as part of the implementation of the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On taking measures to improve the migration situation".
The meeting participants discussed the need to strengthen the development of the system of organized employment of citizens abroad, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
In particular, the strengthening of coordination of the activities of state bodies to the organized recruitment of labor migrants.
“Of course, the main priority of the Cabinet is to create jobs within the country. Now we are striving to return the most qualified personnel to the republic, not only in the service and production sectors, but also in schools, hospitals and government agencies. However, in the coming years, we will continue to have a large surplus of labor force at the expense of young citizens. We will make active efforts so that they can find well-paid jobs abroad. It is where they can acquire highly demanded skills for the development of the economy and investment in it,” he said.
As a result of the meeting, instructions were given to state bodies in terms of high-quality legal support, the introduction of insurance and facilitating the legal employment of our compatriots. It was also instructed to expedite work on concluding an agreement on visa facilitation and the possibility of going to work.
