Bishkek, Dec. 21, 2020. /Kabar/. As of Monday, Kyrgyzstan’s death toll from COVID-19 coronavirus infection has climbed to 1,331.
According to the latest report from the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, one new virus-associated death was recorded in Batken Oblast of Kyrgyzstan.
As of Dec. 21, 132 new COVID-19 cases were detected in the republic.
In total, 79,254 cases of COVID-19 were registered since the beginning of the pandemic.
Besides, 225 patients have recovered, bringing the total to 73,005 people.
Currently, 1,636 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals, while 2,394 are being treated at home.
895 PCR tests were carried out in the past day.
