Kyrgyzstan’s COVID-19 tally reaches 104,222

Bishkek, May 29, 2021. / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan’s COVID-19 tally reached on Saturday 104,222 after registration of 356 new cases in the past 24 hours.

The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that a total of 5,340 laboratory tests have been conducted in the country over the past day.

The total number of recovered patients rose to 98,000 and the death toll to 1,797, including 458 new recoveries and another 9 deaths.

Meanwhile, 1,688 people remained hospitalized with 90 in intensive care, and 1,714 patients are receiving treatment at home.

Kyrgyzstan has started its COVID-19 vaccination campaign on March 29, using Chinese vaccines.
