Kyrgyzstan's death toll from COVID-19 reaches 1,111 as 3 new deaths recorded

Bishkek, Oct. 18, 2020. /Kabar/. 3 more people with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 coronavirus infection have died in Kyrgyzstan in the past day.

According to the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, 1 death was registered in Naryn Oblast of the country, 1 in Bishkek and one people died in Osh Oblast.

Thus, Kyrgyzstan's death toll from novel coronavirus has climbed to 1,111 on Sunday.

A total of 52,004 Kyrgyzstanis have contracted COVID-19 since the outbreak of the virus, and 45,736 of them have recovered.

Currently, 2,489 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals and 2,232 patients - at home.

According to the HQ data, the current recovery rate of COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan is 87,6 percent and the fatality rate is 2,1 percent.
