Taxes. According to preliminary data, for July 2018 the total amount of revenues to the state budget of Kyrgyzstan (including special means) made 9 billion 479.8 million soms ($1= 68,6 som), or the growth rate was 101.4%.

According to data of the Central Treasury of the Kyrgyz Republic, growth rate of tax revenues made 108.5%. Non-tax revenues growth rate was 116.6%.
Fruits were returned back. Russia did not allow to pass products from Kyrgyzstan. According to the Rosselkhoznadzor, during the phytosanitary control in Novosibirsk region on Aug. 20 it was established that the cargo from Kyrgyzstan - 11.9 tons of grapes, 2.5 tons of plums, 1.7 tons of peaches and 1.5 tons of nectarines, were imported with violations. In addition, there was a discrepancy in the actual volume of cargo of nectarines.

The above fruits were returned to their homeland.
Minister about GDP. Minister of Economy Oleg Pankratov explained the reasons for the country's GDP growth for the first half of 2018 compared to the same period in 2017.

In his opinion, the decline in the gross domestic product is due to the activity of the Kumtor gold deposit.
"The fact is that in the first half of 2017 Kumtor worked on the layers of high gold content, which accordingly gave a positive GDP growth of 6.2%. In the second half of 2017, work at the field moved to layers of low gold content and, accordingly, the indicators were already lower," Pankratov said.
PPP! The Kyrgyz Republic has created a legislative and institutional environment for the development of public-private partnership (PPPs) projects. This became known at an international practical conference organized by the Training Center of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic on Aug. 22, 2018 in the village of Kara-Oy in Issyk-Kul region.

Participants of the conference were told about the experience of the Kyrgyz Republic in developing public-private partnerships, managing fiscal risks for PPP projects, and also about US experience in PPP projects.
Duty-free petrol. In order to ensure uninterrupted provision of light oil products, particularly diesel fuel to the population of Kyrgyzstan the State Committee for Energy and Subsurface Use of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation signed a changed indicative balance, where the volumes of delivery of light oil products for 2018 were increased.

According to data of the State Committee on Energy and Environmental Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, due to a decrease in deliveries of crude oil to the Kyrgyz Republic to 50,000 tons, the volume of duty-free diesel fuel deliveries increased by 150,000 tons, as well as motor gasoline by 50,000 tons.
The final indicative balance for 2018 was as follows:
- oil - 50 thousand tons;
- gasoline - 460 thousand tons;
- diesel fuel - 485 thousand tons;
- fuel for jet engines - 100 thousand tons.
Kazakh coal. According to data of Electric Stations OJSC, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Public Procurements", by the decisions of the competitive commission, independent audit and the Independent Interdepartmental Commission at the Department of Public Procurement, an agreement was signed on August 22 with the Kazakh LLC "Rassvet Company" for the supply of coal.

It should be noted that boilers of the following types are installed at the Bishkek thermal power station:
All boilers at the Bishkek thermal power station (TPP) were designed to burn Karaganda coal with the obligatory use of backlight fuel (gas, fuel oil). As a result of the collapse of the Soviet Union, Karaganda coal ceased to flow to the TPP in Bishkek. As a result, the company was forced to look for the optimal structure of fuel combustion to reduce the cost of generating heat and electricity at the TPP taking into account the specific production technology.
