Kyrgyzstan’s economy developing stably - Putin

Bishkek, March 28, 2019. / Kabar /. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that during the 1.5 years of Sooronbay Jeenbekov’s presidency, interregional contacts between the two countries have intensified.

In the course of his participation in the VIII Kyrgyz-Russian Interregional Conference within the framework of his state visit, the President of Russia noted that the Kyrgyz economy is developing stably.

“Look, the president is in his position 1.5 years. During this time we recorded a significant intensification of interregional contacts. The Kyrgyz economy is developing stably, maintaining momentum and increasing interaction. I would like to draw attention to this and confirm what was said here that good and stable conditions for cooperation and investment activity are being created in Kyrgyzstan. This means a lot to business representatives to feel more confident. I want to express the hope that colleagues from both sides will take advantage of this and that the result will be significant for the Kyrgyz Republic,” the Russian president said.
