Kyrgyzstan’s female wrestler captures bronze of World Wrestling Championships

Bishkek, Nov.1, 2019./Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s Aiperi Medet kyzy took the third place at the World Wrestling Championships among wrestlers under 23 years old.

In the fight for the third place, she met Mongolian athlete Ariunjargal Ganbat and defeated her with a score of 8:12.

The tournament is held these days in Budapest (Hungary).

Aiperi Medet kyzy competed in the weight category up to 76 kg. On the way to the medal, she defeated Italy's Enrique Rinaldi, then Gracelyn Dugan of Canada.

In the struggle to reach the final, her rival was Yuka Kagame, whom the domestic wrestler lost.
