Bishkek, Nov.20, 2019. /Kabar/. As part of the visit to France, Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Foreign Minister Chingiz Aidarbekov met with compatriots, residing in France, the press service of the Kyrgyz MFA reported.
An exchange of views on the issues of consular and legal support for Kyrgyz citizens staying in France, Kyrgyz-French relations and promising areas of bilateral cooperation took place.
The results of the meeting of the Council on Relations with Compatriots Abroad under President of the Kyrgyz Republic held in August this year, and the work of the Ministry within the framework of optimization of consular activities of foreign missions of Kyrgyzstan were reported.
Minister Aidarbekov particularly noted the work of the Kyrgyz Government to open a diplomatic mission of Kyrgyzstan in Paris in the near future.
The meeting was also attended by Kyrgyz Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism Azamat Jamankulov.
