Bishkek, April 2, 2021 . / Kabar / . Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Health and Social Development Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev told about the condition of people who received a vaccine against COVID-19 coronavirus infection.
During the air of Birinchi Radio, the minister said that data of each person who received the vaccine are entered into an electronic portal and is monitored.
"As of today, about 500 citizens have received the vaccine. We survey citizens who have received the vaccine twice daily. 2-3% of those vaccinated have a fever, 3.5% have a headache, and 6-7% are lethargic. The rest’s condition is assessed as good,” Beishenaliyev said.
In addition, the health minister noted that people with blood antibodies exceeding 5 units may not be vaccinated.
In Kyrgyzstan, vaccination with Chinese vaccine SinoPharm started on March 29, and 75 thousand people are planned to be vaccinated.
Vaccination is carried out on a voluntary basis with an interval of 25-28 days.
Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev and his deputies were the first to receive the vaccine at one of the Family Medicine Centers of the capital on Monday, their state assessed as satisfactory.
The start-up phase of vaccination started in the cities of Bishkek, Osh and Chui Oblast.
Doctors working in the red zones, ambulance doctors, as well as socio-demographic groups with a high risk of severe forms of the disease, teachers, law enforcement officers, workers of trade and catering will be vaccinated at the first stage.
