Kyrgyzstan’s HQ on Elections on how citizens without residence permit can vote

Bishkek, Dec. 23, 2020. /Kabar/. The Headquarters for Organization and Conduct Early Presidential Elections and Referendum told how citizens who have no residence registration at all will be able to vote.

Deputy Prime Minister Maksat Mamytkanov said at a press conference that persons without residence permit will be able to register in the local administrative building.

Head of Kyrgyzstan’s State Registration Service Akyn Mambetaliyev added that only those who are not registered in other places can register in administrative buildings.

He added citizens can change their residence registration until Dec. 31. In this case, no more than 10 citizens can register in one house or apartment.
