Kyrgyzstan's number of recoveries from COVID-19 reaches 78,715 with 152 new ones in past day

Bishkek, Jan. 15, 2021. /Kabar/. In the past day, another 152 recoveries from novel coronavirus were registered throughout Kyrgyzstan.

Thus, a total of 78,715 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of the disease so far, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said on Friday.

As of Jan. 15, the country reported 134 new COVID-19 cases raising the tally of infections to 82,857.

The HQ also reported three more deaths, bringing the nationwide death toll from coronavirus to 1,381.

A total of 812 patients are being treated in hospitals, 48 of them in intensive care, while 1,021 patients are receiving treatment at home.
