Kyrgyzstan’s number of recoveries from COVID-19 reaches 88,93 with 265 new ones

Bishkek, April 29, 2021. / Kabar /. In the past day, 265 more recoveries from the novel coronavirus were registered across Kyrgyzstan, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said on Thursday.

Thus, a total of 88,923 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of the disease since the first case was detected on March 18, 2020.

According to the HQ report, the country’s tally of infections has reached 94,944 after an overnight registration of 345 new cases.

Coronavirus claimed lives of 6 more Kyrgyzstanis, pushing the nationwide death toll from the disease to 1,598.

Meanwhile, 1,470 people are hospitalized across the country and 1,964 patients are receiving treatment at home.

The country conducted 6,042 COVID-19 medical tests during the last 24 hours.
