Osh, July 11, 2021 . / Kabar / . 110,000 doses of coronavirus vaccine produced by Sinopharm will arrive in Osh on July 11.
Head of the Osh city sanitary and epidemiological station Santalat Orozbayeva said that according to the census, more than 327 thousand citizens registered in all Family Medicine Centers across Osh city.
“After receiving 110,000 doses of Sinopharm vaccine, 55,000 people will be able to receive the vaccine for free. To this end, vaccination points will be opened throughout the city: in the branches of the Family Medicine Centers, at the markets, in large shopping and entertainment centers, in schools, in state and municipal institutions.
In total, free vaccination will be provided at 47 sites throughout the city. Our main task is to develop collective immunity in citizens, which is actively promoted by vaccination.
Citizens vaccinated will be given an appropriate certificate to be recognized abroad. This means that vaccinated Kyrgyzstanis will not have to take a PCR test when traveling to another country. The vaccination certificate will replace the PCR certificate. This will relieve some of the burden on the laboratories. In the future this system will include a QR code, which will allow checking if a person has been vaccinated or not at a special resource,” Santalat Orozbayeva added.
Moreover, 12 mobile brigades have been created in the city. Employees of large organizations and work collectives will be able to get vaccinated at the workplace by contacting them.
