Kyrgyzstan's recoveries from COVID-19 cross 76,300

Bishkek, Jan. 2, 2021. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan's total number of recoveries from coronavirus infection has reached 76,351 on Saturday, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said.

In the past day, another 203 patients with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have cured.

Kyrgyzstan confirmed on Saturday 58 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the country's total caseload to 81,214.

Two people have died from coronavirus, taking the nationwide death toll to 1,358.

According to the HQ, 985 people are currently hospitalized across the country and 1,604 patients are receiving treatment at home.

The country conducted 997 coronavirus tests over the past day.
